In this full-time role, you will anticipate needs and synchronize various departments to elevate the guest experience. Your focus will be on fostering loyalty through memorable interactions, from pre-arrival to departure. Leveraging your front-office experience, you will customize guest interactions and communicate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate guest preferences to all departments accurately

• Greet guests with warmth upon arrival and departure

• Personalize experiences using the Golden system for maximum satisfaction

• Follow up with guests about their stay and preferences

• Handle guest interactions with professionalism, resolving issues as needed

Requirements:

• Previous front-office experience in luxury hospitality

• Proven excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication abilities in English

• Organization and multitasking skills required

• Valid work authorization for Canada
