This full-time, seasonal role at Albreda Lodge requires a proactive Service Lead to manage daily operations. Key skills include customer service expertise, inventory management, and a passion for hospitality. You will work closely with the Lodge Manager to create engaging guest experiences and lead your team to consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Front of House team

• Manage supply inventory for beverages and operating needs

• Connect with guests to meet dietary and service preferences

• Monitor guest satisfaction through personal interactions

• Train and support new staff while fostering teamwork

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of service industry experience

• Food Safe Certification and Serving it Right Certificate

• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles

• Experience in luxury resort customer service

• Flexibility to meet seasonal work demands
