In this role, you will play a crucial part in supervising spa operations, ensuring that all guest interactions reflect the high standards of Relais & Châteaux and Forbes. Collaborate closely with the Spa Manager to train team members, handle bookings, and participate in retail programs while enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee guest service delivery to meet luxury standards

• Support Spa Manager in staffing and training

• Execute receptionist duties, including scheduling and cash management

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spa offerings

• Mentor and coach colleagues in retail sales

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of spa or hotel experience

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

• Knowledge of Pro-Salon and basic computer skills

• Dedication to wellness and customer satisfaction

• Foster a learning-centric environment for the Spa Team
