Lead the inspiring Spa team at Wickaninnish Inn, a luxury Relais & Châteaux property, as a Spa Manager. Oversee personalized guest experiences and elevate service excellence in a breathtaking location.

As Spa Manager, you will be part of the prestigious Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island. With a minimum of four years' management experience in a luxury facility, your role revolves around ensuring guest satisfaction and team development while adhering to high operational standards. You will assist the Ancient Cedars Spa team and maintain seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Relais & Châteaux and Forbes standards

• Foster a positive learning atmosphere for spa team members

• Maintain cleanliness and operational condition of the spa

• Manage human resources functions like scheduling and reviews

• Monitor the spa budget and retail performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years luxury facility management

• Exceptional guest service and communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Comfort with financial statements and budgeting processes

• Authorized to work in Canada and commitment to three years
