Accommodation Manager
We are looking for an Accommodation Manager to join our group. This position is full‑time and permanent, located at 4910 43 St, Rycroft, AB T0H 3A0. The wage is $39.00 per hour for 30–40 hours per week, with overtime at 1.5× after 44 hours per week or 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the INN.

Monitor and manage revenues and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.

Create and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain guests.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices for materials and supplies.

Negotiate with clients for the use of the INN’s facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions, and other events.

Set work schedules and ensure staff adherence to established procedures.

Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Language:

Education:

College diploma required

Work experience:

At least 2–3 years of managerial work experience in the hospitality sector
