The Clayfield, a new addition to the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager for its luxurious boutique hotel. You will report to the Director of Rooms and play a vital role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Leading a dedicated Front Office team, you will maintain exceptional service standards, support professional development, and foster operational excellence in guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Front Office department operations

• Provide warm, luxury-focused guest service

• Support Front Office team scheduling and management

• Handle guest concerns and recovery situations

• Collaborate with other hotel departments for seamless operations

Requirements:

• Previous luxury hotel leadership experience preferred

• Strong Front Desk and Guest Services knowledge

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage guest concerns with empathy

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
