As a strategic leader reporting to the Director of Impact, you will oversee operations at Camp Horizon, ensuring financial sustainability, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. This role involves maintaining high hospitality standards, driving continuous improvement, and developing effective policies across accommodations, food, and recreation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion exceptional guest experiences in all operations

• Lead daily operations of hospitality and guest services

• Develop, manage, and monitor operating budgets

• Recruit, mentor, and support department leaders

• Partner with teams to enhance occupancy and service

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

• 7-10 years of leadership experience in hospitality

• Proven capabilities in financial management and operations

• Strong compliance and risk management skills

• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
