As a Spa Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our spa operations, supporting the Spa Manager in ensuring excellence in service and guest satisfaction.

Your role includes direct guest interaction, assisting with reservations, and overseeing daily activities of the Spa Team. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining our distinguished standards recognized by industry leaders like Forbes and AAA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure personalized guest service meets high standards

• Support the Spa Manager in daily operations

• Handle reception and administrative tasks

• Maintain knowledge of services and retail products

• Participate in training and HR functions for the team

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and excel in hospitality

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous spa or hotel experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Commitment to two years in the position
