Position: Manning Park Resort Guest Services Supervisor

Enhance guest experiences at Manning Park Resort as an Alpine Guest Services Supervisor. Oversee a committed team and manage various service operations in a vibrant, scenic environment.

This seasonal position involves leading the Alpine Guest Services team by training staff and ensuring top-notch service across ticketing, rentals, and snow school. You will handle guest relationships, manage inventory, and monitor daily operations to foster a positive team environment. Engage with guests to provide accurate information and facilitate rentals and lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise AGS team members

• Oversee daily Alpine Guest Services operations

• Ensure high customer service standards

• Manage guest inquiries and service offerings

• Prepare and process guest rental orders and transactions

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities

• Demonstrated supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment

• Proficiency in relevant technology and POS systems

• Capable of outdoor manual labor in varying conditions
