Position: Hotel Manager On-Site Role

Lead daily hotel operations with an on-site Hotel Manager role, requiring over a year of experience in supervision and client service. This position focuses on staff management, policy implementation, and customer engagement.

As a Hotel Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a hotel or resort, ensuring a high standard of service while managing team dynamics. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, preparing budgets, and fostering a client-focused atmosphere. You will also be instrumental in developing marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

• Supervise and conduct performance reviews for staff

• Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance

• Address customer complaints and enhance service quality

• Manage events and oversee inventory processes

Requirements:

• College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
