Position: Supervisor for Hotel Front Desk
Location: Omineca and Yellowhead (Smithers)

Manage front desk operations and enhance guest satisfaction as a Front Desk Supervisor. This position is fully on-site and requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the hotel industry and a secondary school graduation certificate.

Your role involves overseeing staff, ensuring the clear coordination of activities, assisting guests with specific needs, and maintaining computer systems. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and supervise front desk personnel while addressing client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations and co-ordinate staff tasks efficiently

• Execute the same duties as supervised employees

• Generate professional reports and updates

• Aid guests with special needs or requests

• Hire and train new employees per company standards

Requirements:

• High school graduation or equivalent work experience

• 1-2 years in hotel front desk operations

• Proficient in managing customer-oriented services
