Location: Central Okanagan and High Country (Revelstoke)

Step into the leadership role of Assistant Manager at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing's Albreda Lodge, nestled in Blue River, BC. This full-time seasonal position emphasizes guest service, operational oversight, and team collaboration.

As the Assistant Manager, you will report to the Lodge Manager and take charge of operations in their absence. Your efforts will focus on enhancing guest experiences and maximizing revenue across multiple service areas, while also mentoring and coaching lodge staff. This role blends administration, guest relations, and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations and staff task completion

• Handle guest concerns and improve satisfaction metrics

• Optimize sales and manage boutique inventory

• Assist in maintaining lodge cleanliness and safety

• Support administrative tasks and staff scheduling

Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities

• Proven experience in the hospitality or customer service sector

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management tools

• Valid 'Serving It Right' certification and driver's license
