Position: Poolside Operations Supervisor at Four Seasons
Location: East Kootenays (Fernie)

Join Four Seasons Resort Whistler as a Poolside Operations Supervisor. Lead a team focused on enhancing poolside service and maintaining a stellar guest experience.

As a Supervisor at Four Seasons, you will oversee daily operations at our luxurious pool area. You will implement service procedures, manage staff roles, and ensure safety compliance within the pool and fitness environments. Collaborating with various departments, your leadership will influence the overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train poolside staff for quality service

• Ensure cleanliness of pool and fitness areas

• Collaborate with Engineering on water quality issues

• Oversee supply orders for pool operations

• Document important information for management review

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in hospitality

• Retail experience preferred

• Valid BC Driver’s license required

• Current Serving It Right Certificate

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
