Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is currently looking for a Lodge Manager with extensive hotel and food services management experience. You will be responsible for daily operational tasks, fostering safety culture, achieving profit targets, and nurturing strong client relationships. The position also emphasizes recruitment, mentorship, and adherence to quality standards within the lodge setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and licensing

• Drive profit through effective management strategies

• Develop initiatives for business growth and client satisfaction

• Monitor KPIs for operational excellence

• Conduct performance management for direct reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant management experience

• Class 5 Operator’s License is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office necessary

• Leadership skills and conflict resolution expertise

• Knowledge of remote lodge operations is advantageous
