Effective communication with both the Events and Culinary departments is essential to meet guests' expectations for high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and friendliness

• Serve food and beverages during banquet events

• Setup and tear down banquet functions promptly

• Ensure cleanliness of service areas throughout events

• Follow detailed Banquet Event Orders closely

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience, preferably in banquets

• Knowledge of food and wine pairings

• Foodsafe Level 1 and Serving It Right certification

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs regularly

• Flexible availability for various shifts
