As a Fairmont Gold Supervisor, you’ll oversee essential front desk operations and guest services at Fairmont Banff Springs. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that our guests experience outstanding personalized attention and service. Collaborate with your team to maintain high standards of luxury hospitality and uphold the hotel's renowned reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main link between guests and hotel management

• Provide recommendations about local events and services

• Execute front desk responsibilities, including charge postings

• Maintain high food and beverage service standards

• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in supervisory roles within hotels

• Proficient in Micros-Opera, Excel, and Word

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in guest recovery strategies preferred

• Hospitality qualification is beneficial
