As a Front Office Supervisor with Wickaninnish Inn, you will support the Front Office Manager and oversee team performance within a luxury environment.

Your role will demand exemplary guest service skills and the ability to lead, assist, and motivate the Front Office Team. You will also be responsible for maintaining the department’s standards and ensuring guest expectations are met or exceeded while promoting a culture of learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized guest services meeting AAA and Forbes standards

• Support the Front Office Manager in team operations

• Assist guests and resolve any immediate concerns

• Contribute to Human Resources functions for the team

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front Office areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in high-end facilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving capacity

• Proficient in PMS systems, Microsoft tools, and budgeting processes

• BC Class 5 Driver's License with clean driving record
