Become a key player in the Wickaninnish Inn's spa as a Spa Supervisor. This role blends guest-focused service with team leadership, all within a world-class environment recognized for excellence.

As a Spa Supervisor, you will support the Spa Manager and engage directly with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Your expertise in spa services and retail sales will guide the Spa Team to meet Relais & Châteaux standards, while fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and guest services, exceeding expectations

• Manage reservations and reception tasks

• Oversee retail product inventory and ordering

• Provide coaching on retail sales to teammates

• Assist in training spa staff for quality service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a spa setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational skills and initiative

• Familiarity with reservation systems and spa products

• Dedication to wellness and team development
