Provide outstanding hospitality as a Front Desk Agent with SIGA at Bear Claw Casino. Engage with guests, manage reservations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in the hospitality experience at Bear Claw Casino. Your responsibilities will include taking hotel reservations, checking guests in and out, and processing payments. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail will ensure guests feel valued and comfortable during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take and manage hotel reservations using the computer system
• Greet guests, check them in and out efficiently
• Answer the hotel switchboard and respond to inquiries
• Process payments, posting charges to guest rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 or GED diploma
• One year of experience in gaming or hospitality
• At least 19 years of age
• Ability to obtain a Gaming Employee Certificate
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
