As a Guest Services Agent, you will report to the Guest Services Manager and collaborate closely with the team to ensure each guest receives courteous and professional support throughout their stay.

Your role involves diligent handling of check-ins, check-outs, and payment processes, helping maintain the hotel’s top satisfaction ratings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous service during guest arrivals and departures

• Process check-ins, check-outs, and guest payment requests

• Secure payment for all rooms and amenities

• Communicate guest needs to appropriate departments

• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room status and concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role

• Front desk or guest service experience is an asset

• Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

• Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently

• Strong communication and recording skills
