ARAMARK Guest Services Associate

Location: Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)

Join ARAMARK's team as a Guest Services Associate at the Wes Dome site, where you will create remarkable experiences for guests. This role is available in multiple locations including Wawa, White River, Blind River, and Thunder Bay on a rotational schedule.

We are looking for four Front Desk Associates at ARAMARK who possess a Grade 12 diploma and previous guest service experience. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage front desk operations

• Address guest queries and provide accurate information

• Organize and maintain front desk supplies and equipment

• Oversee daily operations while ensuring safety protocols

• Assist in training and guiding new staff when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Experience in guest services is essential

• Supervisory experience is an asset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
