Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest services meet industry-recognized standards

• Assist the Spa Manager and lead the team during absence

• Foster a positive learning atmosphere for staff development

• Manage cleanliness and condition of spa facilities

• Address guest concerns with immediate assistance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in luxury settings

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of spa management systems is an asset

• Flexibility for shift work, including weekends
