Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino, BC, a Relais & Châteaux property, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead a world-class team and uphold Forbes, AAA, and Relais & Châteaux standards. You will mentor staff, ensure exceptional guest service and manage front office operations with an emphasis on efficiency and budget compliance.
The ideal candidate has at least two years in a supervisory Front Office role, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Maestro, PMS and Excel.
