Nova Hotels is a Canadian, family-owned group with 13 hotels across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the NWT. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll have clear structure, regular guidance, and a supportive team behind you every step of the way.

Serving resource-sector guests, highway travelers, business visitors, and local customers, this versatile property includes guest rooms, F&B operations, and meeting spaces.

• Lead From the Front: Stay visible daily across all departments front office, housekeeping, F&B, and facilities.
• Drive Financial Targets: Work with corporate directors to set and hit annual budgets, control costs, and review monthly KPIs.
• Coach & Develop: Hire, train, and encourage a dependable local team in a positive, supportive work environment.
• Connect Locally: Build relationships with regional business clients and community members to keep guest satisfaction high.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, liquor, fire, and safety standards.

• Experienced as an AGM, Operations Manager, or General Manager ready for a dynamic regional role.
• Comfortable working in smaller, northern, or resource-based hospitality markets.
• Resourceful, goal-focused, and comfortable stepping into any department when operational support is needed.
• Solid background in financial controls, team coaching, and customer service.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada and ready to relocate to Manning, AB.
