Manning Park Resort seeks an energetic Lift Operations Supervisor to join their Alpine Operations team. This seasonal role involves supervising lift operators, preparing vital reports, and providing exceptional customer service. With responsibilities that include training, safety management, and lift maintenance, you will play a key role in resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign daily duties to lift operators

• Prepare and submit operation reports to management

• Train and supervise lift operators in safety procedures

• Investigate incidents and file necessary reports

• Oversee setup and takedown of lifts

Requirements:

• 2 years of supervisory experience with large teams

• Advanced skiing/snowboarding skills in all conditions

• Experience with passenger ropeways preferred

• Knowledge of Manning Park and surrounding areas

• Seasonal commitment for full winter season
