In this key role, you will supervise daily operations and ensure the delivery of top-notch customer service at both the Marina and RV Resort. Being multi-skilled is essential as you'll manage RV reservations, oversee the Guest Service Supervisor, and collaborate closely with various teams. This position also offers growth opportunities towards senior leadership in marina and resort management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service following the “Yes I Can” philosophy

• Lead by example while working with staff to enhance guest experiences

• Manage RV reservations and maintain waiting lists

• Oversee Guest Service operations, ensuring standards are met

• Support resort management in daily operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or hospitality management

• Experience in customer service within a marina or hospitality setting

• Recent supervisory experience with a diverse team

• Pleasure Craft Operator’s Certificate an asset

• Knowledge of outdoor recreation and marina operations
