As the Resort Operations Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing both the resort and marina operations. Your hands-on approach will be essential in maximizing revenues, supervising the Guest Service Supervisor, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guest service reflects the “Yes I Can” service philosophy

• Work alongside staff to enhance the overall guest experience

• Maximize revenues through effective management of bookings

• Oversee service standards and crew assignments

• Aid Resort Manager with various operational tasks

Requirements:

• Related post-secondary education or experience in hospitality management

• Customer service experience in marina or recreational settings

• Proven supervisory experience with diverse teams

• Valid Pleasure Craft Operator’s Certificate preferred

• Understanding of marina and RV operations
