Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival at the Residence Club

• Handle guest complaints and inquiries professionally

• Conduct efficient check-ins and check-outs

• Familiarize with hotel services and local attractions

• Complete daily logs and address pending requests

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; some college preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Availability for overnight shifts is essential

• Proficient in front desk operations
