Collaborating with Conference Services and Culinary teams, you'll anticipate and fulfill client needs, driving both operational and financial success for various events. Your expertise will help uphold Fairmont’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of large event spaces

• Mentor and develop over 100 event staff members

• Collaborate with hotel departments for event execution

• Analyze profit and loss to drive departmental success

• Lead with confidence and maintain operational standards

Requirements:

• At least 1 year's experience in Food and Beverage

• Proserve Certification and culinary knowledge sought

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Post-secondary education in Hospitality preferred
