Bella Coola Heli Sports is seeking a Winter Lodge Manager to lead guest accommodations, food and beverage, housekeeping, reception, and lodge experiences across seasonal operations. You will partner with hospitality and mountain operations to deliver seamless, personalized guest stays and uphold luxury service standards.
You will recruit and develop a high-performing seasonal team, coordinate daily lodge operations, resolve challenges proactively, and communicate clearly across departments.
