Become a key member of the Guest Services team at Sun Peaks Resort. As a Concierge, you will provide top-notch service and assist guests in enjoying a range of outdoor activities.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced hospitality settings and have at least one year of relevant experience. You will craft unique experiences for our guests by arranging everything from ski passes to restaurant reservations. Your communication and organizational skills will shine in this essential guest-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to provide tailored recommendations

• Conduct pre-arrival interactions and service confirmations

• Drive guest loyalty through personal connections

• Utilize internal systems for request tracking and billing

• Assist the Front Office team during busy periods

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a concierge or hotel front desk role

• Positive attitude with a dedication to service excellence

• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous

• Familiarity with hotel management systems preferred

• Ability to perform physical duties related to the role
