You will also handle cash transactions, balance reports, and perform various clerical duties to support hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently register guests and manage check-ins

• Handle changes and cancellations in reservations

• Share information about hotel services and local highlights

• Balance cash and prepare financial reports

• Assist with guest needs, ensuring their comfortable stay

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of front desk experience

• Competency in computer applications, including CRS

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

• Willingness to relocate to a remote location
