You will assist the Spa Manager in overseeing team performance, daily operations, and compliance with relaxation practices that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellence in guest service and adherence to standards

• Support daily operations of the spa

• Guide team members in their professional development

• Maintain overall cleanliness and quality of spa facilities

• Manage budgeting and financial strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in management roles within luxury settings

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Financial acumen with spa management software

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Previous spa treatment experience is a plus
