Location: Manitou Beach

Lead housekeeping operations at Manitou Springs Resort and Mineral SPA. Oversee inspections, staff supervision, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will manage housekeeping staff, coordinate inspections, and maintain financial records.

Your role includes ensuring that local health regulations are met and overseeing maintenance services. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively schedule and assign duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate inspections of all assigned areas

• Supervise housekeeping staff and their duties

• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards

• Maintain accurate financial records for housekeeping

• Manage maintenance and repair requests efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality management

• Strong supervisory skills in a similar role
