This position is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in boutique hospitality, equipped with strong communication skills. As a Reservation Executive, you'll oversee booking inquiries, manage villa allocations, and ensure accurate reservation systems are in place. Anticipating guest needs and resolving issues will enhance the luxury experience offered by Mirth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle booking inquiries efficiently via phone and email

• Manage villa allocations and coordinate with property teams

• Provide detailed information on packages and features offered

• Update reservation systems and maintain records accurately

• Upsell suitable experiences to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field

• 2–4 years' experience in reservations or front office

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of PMS / CRS systems preferred

• Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
