As the Executive Housekeeper, your leadership will enhance the performance of the housekeeping and laundry teams. This critical role encompasses training staff, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining quality through inspections and prompt issue resolution. Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and manage the housekeeping team for continuous improvement

• Oversee operations and ensure high cleanliness standards

• Inspect areas for quality control and address issues

• Develop budget plans alongside department heads

• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality

• Strong management and organizational capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
