Drive the Room Reservations department at Fairmont Banff Springs, ensuring guest satisfaction through leadership and operational excellence. Oversee reservations while managing inventory and team performance.

As the Reservations Manager, you will provide strategic direction to the Reservations team, orchestrating the daily operations and focusing on enhancing the booking experience. Collaborate with various departments, aligning goals with both guest experience and operational efficiency in a high-paced luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of Reservations team

• Manage department staffing and colleague development

• Supervise guestroom inventory and allocation processes

• Partner with Revenue Management on pricing strategies

• Resolve guest escalations and enhance service recovery

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in Reservations or Rooms Operations

• Leadership background in a hotel or similar setting

• Proficient in Opera Cloud and group reservation systems

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to remain composed under pressure
