This role focuses on maintaining high housekeeping standards through effective team management and operational oversight. You’ll closely collaborate with the leadership team while performing regular inspections and providing guidance to Room Attendants. Your leadership will ensure that the guest experience shines through in every detail of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and assist Room Attendants with their duties

• Perform detailed inspections of rooms and common areas

• Aid in the opening and closing of the housekeeping department

• Train and mentor existing and new team members

• Communicate needs with laundry services and other departments

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or supervisory housekeeping roles

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays

• Strong command of the English language
