Position: Dental Receptionist, Full-Time
Location: Quinte Shores, East Northumberland County & Prince Edward County (Picton)

We are looking for a  full‑time Dental Receptionist,  to join our amazing team in Belleville!

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients

Answering incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries

Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments

Verify insurance coverage and proces insurance claims

Coordinate appointment reminders and follow up communications

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and texts

Day end closing
