Guest Experience Supervisor at Gibbons Whistler

Elevate guest experiences with Gibbons Whistler as a Guest Experience Tech Supervisor. This full-time role focuses on enhancing guest interactions and streamlining operational support.

As a key member of the Gibbons Whistler team, you will oversee guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to driving bookings and revenue. Your expertise will support seamless interactions from booking to arrival. In addition to guest-facing duties, you will also assist in adjusting pricing, managing inventory, and enhancing backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure personalized service in every guest interaction

• Support guests via phone, email, and in-person

• Research and resolve inquiries independently

• Manage reservations and promote upgrades

• Maintain operational reporting and team communication

Requirements:

• Strong communication and guest service skills

• Background in hospitality or tourism

• Experience with CRM and booking platforms

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
