Luxury Hotel Food Beverage Supervisor

Lead luxury dining service at Post Hotel & Spa in Lake Louise, using front-of-house supervision and guest-focused communication.
As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily dining operations at The Post. You will lead servers and support staff, maintain refined service standards, and coordinate with culinary and hotel departments. Your work supports personalized guest experiences and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise front-of-house staff during daily dining operations
Train, mentor, and motivate team members
Maintain service, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Coordinate orders and presentation with culinary teams
Address guest feedback, concerns, and special requests
Requirements:
Minimum two years supervisory experience in luxury hospitality
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays
