Guest Service Manager Queen's Landing

Location: Niagara Regional Municipality (Fonthill)

Lead exceptional guest service at Queen's Landing while supervising teams, coordinating rooms, and supporting front office operations for hotel guests.
Vintage Hotels & Niagara’s Finest Hotels seeks a Guest Service Manager for an existing vacancy within Lais Hotel Properties Limited. You will assist the Front Office Manager with daily administrative and operational activities for guest services, including check-in and check-out. The position includes team scheduling, training, coaching, sales goals, and coordination with housekeeping, engineering, reservations, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized, exceptional guest service
Supervise, schedule, train, and coach Team Members
Coordinate room availability with reservations and departments
Process payments, cash reports, and occupancy reports
Assist with guest complaints and appropriate follow-up
Requirements:
Grade 12 education with hospitality training preferred
Minimum five years as a Guest Service Agent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous up-selling or sales experience considered an asset
Ability to stand for extended periods
