Lead guest services and accommodations at Castle Mountain Resort in Southwestern Alberta, overseeing reservations, service delivery, and two closely linked teams on-site.
This senior manager directs Accommodations and Guest Services, including their Supervisors. You will manage reservations performance, occupancy, service standards, staffing, and cross-departmental coordination. The role spans booking channels, guest communications, front-desk delivery, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Accommodations and Guest Services Supervisors
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and seasonal staffing plans
- Oversee reservations, occupancy, ADR, and booking pace
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, special requests, and service recovery
- Prepare reporting on revenue, staffing, and guest satisfaction
- Five-plus years leading hospitality, resort, or reservations operations
- Experience supervising supervisors or multiple teams
- Knowledge of property management and booking systems
- Experience managing rate strategy and reservations metrics
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
