Location: CarmanWhat you’ll do:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner, leading HR strategy, programs, policy development, and process implementation for Homestead Co‑op. Including:
Leading all talent management practices including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee development, succession planning, workforce planning, compensation/benefits, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, health & safety, employee and labour relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness.Providing leadership to the Human Resources team of professionals.Collaborating with the Homestead Co‑op leaders to ensure consistent HR practices across all areas.Partnering closely with the General Manager to provide advice on people practices.Developing HR policies that support key organizational activities and programs.Assisting in collective bargaining activities, participating in negotiations, and providing guidance for effective grievance handling and arbitration preparation.Contributing to a workplace culture built on Trust, Teamwork, and Support.Who we are:

Who you are:
You are looking to continue your career in Human Resources and:
Have 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, bringing a deep understanding of HR policies and practices, with a minimum of 2-4 years leading a team.Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. A CPHR designation (or working toward it) considered an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).Have strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Have experience developing, implementing, and supporting talent management programs within unionized environments.Have the proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities with a high level of accountability.What we offer:
