Key Responsibilities:

• Handle first contact for employee-related issues

• Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies

• Support managers with performance evaluations

• Develop and implement HR training initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years relevant experience

• PHR/SPHR certification preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish advantageous

• Adaptable with strong employee management skills

• Solid understanding of HR policies and compliance
