Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruiting from intake to offer acceptance

• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles

• Source exceptional engineering talent for critical roles

• Build strong candidate pipelines for various functions

• Coordinate interview logistics and enhance candidate experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

• Proven success in specialized technical talent acquisition

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
