Payroll and HR Coordinator Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for 65 salaried employees accurately

• Manage payroll changes including new hires and terminations

• Review and reconcile payroll reports and invoices

• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance

• Support recruitment and onboarding for active openings

Requirements:

• Experience managing payroll in small to mid-sized firms

• Understanding of payroll processes and compliance

• HR administration experience including recruitment

• Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Office

• PCP designation preferred; other HR certifications considered
