We're seeking a senior‑level professional to lead and support corporate services, human resources, and organizational initiatives at Halifax Harbour Bridges. This role is pivotal in strategic operations and organizational transition efforts, with potential integration into Link Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage corporate services, human resources, and health and safety functions to support strategic initiatives.

Support the CEO in implementing and improving internal corporate services and HR policies.

Ensure effective human resource management, including performance management, diversity initiatives, and workforce planning.

Advise on labour relations, including collective bargaining and employee relations management.

Support the development and execution of annual business and strategic plans.

Foster a collaborative and high‑performing workplace culture.

Develop work plans for the integration of HHB services into Link Nova Scotia post‑legislation approval.

Requirements

Minimum of years of progressive experience or equivalent in business administration, corporate services, or senior HR leadership roles.

Strong corporate management and business acumen.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

Self‑motivated and capable of managing changing priorities.

Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and sensitive matters.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Valid Nova Scotia Class Driver's License.

Preferences

Experience in complex organizations; public‑sector experience is an asset.

Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
