Assume leadership in payroll management at Ozz Electric as a Payroll Manager, responsible for overseeing payroll operations for a diverse workforce.

Your role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing directly supporting employees.

In this pivotal position, you will manage full-cycle payroll while supervising the Payroll team.

Your role includes administering the Electrician Apprenticeship Program and maintaining compliance with payroll legislation. You're expected to recommend process enhancements to foster a more efficient payroll department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi payroll administration for various employee types

• Assist and guide team on payroll processing tasks

• Ensure accuracy in payroll-related adjustments and reports

• Prepare reconciliations and government submissions

• Maintain accurate employee payroll files and documentation

Requirements:

• 6+ years of payroll administration and management

• Minimum of 5 years in supervisory capacities

• Must hold PCP certification

• Experience in a unionized environment

• Strong understanding of payroll legislation
