This role requires robust payroll knowledge, including California wage laws and Canadian compliance. You will be central to employee relations, HR coordination, and managing complex payroll cycles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll data for US, Canada, and UK employees

• Conduct weekly and semi-monthly payroll audits

• Ensure compliance with regional payroll regulations

• Manage year-end reporting and documentation

• Administer multi-country employee benefits programs

Requirements:

• 2+ years in payroll and benefits management

• Hands-on experience with California payroll compliance

• Proven knowledge of Canadian and UK payroll operations

• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or ADP
